• A 50% deposit is required within 5 days in order to confirm and secure the booking.
• By paying the deposit you agree to the terms and conditions under which the booking was made.
• Full payment is required on arrival

Cancellation policy

Pench Jungle Camp reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees should a reservation be cancelled within the following periods:

• If cancellation of any booking or any part thereof is received 45 days before check-in: 10% on total invoice amount as banking and administration fee
• If cancellation of any booking or any part thereof is received Between 45 - 30 days before check-in: 30% of total invoice amount
• If cancellation of any booking or any part thereof is received Between 30 - 15 days before check-in: 50% of total the invoice amount
• If cancellation of any booking or any part thereof is received Bookings cancelled under 15 days before check-in or No Show: 100% of the advance paid

Refund Policy:

Refund will be processed through NEFT within 15 working days

Check-In and Check-Out Times

• Check-In time: 13h00
• Check-Out time: 12h00

Privacy Policy:

For us privacy for our valued customer is very important. We strongly believe that the personal information of our customers should not be shared with the third party without the prior consent or request from the customer. Privacy is the right of an individual and at Pench Jungle Camp the information of the customer such as contact no., email, addresses etc is used only for the internal purpose and not for sale.

Safari Vehicles:

Resort owns and operates two Jumbo TATA TL vehicles for safari. It can accommodate upto 06 guests. It is put on the roster system by the forest department, if our turn comes we may engage one of the vehicles for our guests during safari, due to its high demand it is advisable to mention about this vehicle at the time of booking.

If our turn does not come and our guests still wish to take this vehicle, they need to pay mandatory ‘stand by’ charges of Rs. 4,500 per safari per Jeep.

Otherwise resort uses 4 x 4 Maruti Gypsy vehicles for jungle safaris.

During Stay:

Shortening length of stay after check-in is not permitted, 100% cancellation fees will be charged for the same. However guests can extend their stay depending on the availability.

For a smooth experience at the resort, it is recommended to have all your special requirements confirmed by Pench Jungle Camp Team in-writing over email or WhatsApp.

Use of the website:

The website www.penchjunglecamp.com is owned by Pench Jungle Resorts Pvt. Ltd.

All bookings here are made with Pench Jungle Camp and the booking terms mentioned on the website constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Company. By making a booking with us and/or depositing payments with us for tour and travel services you confirm having carefully read, understood and accepted the mentioned ‘Terms of Services’.
